Upon crediting funds to a user's account on Wicket Kings, it is imperative to note that these funds are non-refundable under any circumstance. Nevertheless, users are welcome to utilize these funds for participation in leagues or contests organized by Wicket Kings.

Transactions confirmed by Wicket Kings are irreversible by individuals availing themselves of the website's services. However, users reserve the option, subject to the sole and absolute discretion of Wicket Kings, to cancel a transaction and request a refund of the amount paid under the following conditions:

• Submission of a written request to Wicket Kings for payment cancellation from the verified email address.
• The cancellation request must reach Wicket Kings at least two (2) days before the commencement of the relevant round for which the payment is made, if the payment pertains to participation in the paid version(s) of the contests.
• As previously indicated, Wicket Kings maintains sole and absolute discretion in refunding the transaction amount to the user, taking into account applicable cancellation fees and taxes. The refund processing period typically spans from five to seven (5-7) business days. Users are advised to heed additional terms and conditions governing transactions when proceeding with the transaction process.

In the event of unforeseen incidents such as event cancellations, technical malfunctions, or force majeure, only the membership fee will be subject to refund, with no claims permissible on winnings based on rank.
